The company offers authorities an excellent streamlined service. Customers are assured of prompt payment at good rates; there are no hidden costs as we can provide all the banks. These banks are available for the public to recycle any clothes, household textiles, paired shoes, handbags and belts at any time.
All our banks are emptied at least once a week. We continually operate a repair and renewal programme involving all our textile banks. At the same time we have a dedicated vehicle within our fleet to act in an emergency, enabling us to respond quickly to problems that need immediate response.
However, should a local authority require a "Charity presence" on their banks so much per tonne would be paid to you with the remaining amount going to the charity. We have never charged a local authority for the collection of goods nor do we claim any recycling credits.
The banks are emptied by our experienced staff. All sites are kept clean and tidy and the discarded textiles are taken to our warehouse in Salford for sorting, grading and packing. The goods are then offered for sale in end markets in the UK and abroad.
Service issues are taken very seriously:
Data and statistics available for every site/bank.
Response vehicle available to deal with emergencies.
Banks repaired on site or at depot depending on nature of the problem.
Dedicated contact person available for customer to deal with any issues.
